Blue Light Studio Booking, Cancellation, and Payment Policies
- First time booking requires a deposit of 50% to make the booking
- Email confirmation is required for your booking.
- Your session begins at the arranged start time. If you show up 30 minutes
late you are being billed from the arranged start time, NOT the time you arrive. Make sure to show up on time to avoid paying for time you are not using.
Cancelling a session
- All cancellations require 48 hours notice.
- If you cancel within less than 48 hour you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of your booking (plus GST)
- Failing to cancel and not showing up will result in a charge for the full amount of the session previously agreed on
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check,E-transfer,Credit Card. We do not accept Interac at this time.
- Payment is due within 15 days of receiving your invoice.
- Invoices left beyond the 15 days will be subject to a 6% per month late fee.
- Payment plans are available but must be discussed at the time of booking.
