Got questions? Here are some FAQ and useful things to know when booking at Blue Light StudioEach project is unique and will require a different amount of time and resources to complete. Yes! We love doing these projects and have in house producers who can help guide you through the process. We also have access to the top players in the city so no matter what instrument you need, we have you covered.
Yes! We know some of the best players in Vancouver and can bring them into the studio to play on your song.
This depends which studio you are booking. Studio A is much larger and your crew will all fit. Studio B is a smaller vocal room and control room which is ideal for a vocalist and producer as well as our engineer.
Selecting gear, positioning microphones, and refining sound is what we excel at. We prioritize setting up efficiently at the start of each session to ensure optimal sound quality, enabling the majority of our time to be dedicated to recording takes and capturing your performance. On average, setup times vary from 10 minutes (for a vocal microphone) to approximately 3 hours (for a complete band of 5 or more members).
There is lots of free street parking located all around Blue Light Studio. There are also limited spots in the back alley, that we reserve for our daily clients.
A never-ending question in the music biz. We wish there was a simple formula that we could share with you and then we’d all be millionaires! The very first step to finding and connecting with your audience is making a song that you love. That we can most definitely help with 🙂
